Send a report
For corrections, broadcaster updates and website questions, email contact@prostreameast.com. Include the page address and viewing country so we can identify the coverage you are referring to. ProStreamEast does not manage sports subscriptions or provide live-streaming support.
A useful correction includes the exact page URL, viewing country, sport or event, date and the broadcaster or package involved. If you have a public league announcement or provider support page, include its URL. We can evaluate a documented conflict without requesting account access.
Corrections and privacy
Published corrections follow the editorial corrections procedure. A source-based change may require checking the current broadcaster schedule, territory and subscription tier. A contact request is not a guarantee of a response within a particular time, and a message alone does not establish that a published claim is wrong.
Please never email passwords, credit-card numbers, purchase receipts containing personal identifiers or other private credentials. For account cancellation, payment disputes or access issues, contact the broadcaster or streaming provider that supplies the subscription.
